You really want to use the same size trailer wheels and tires on all the wheels of a trailer. If the tires of your setup are both the same outer diameter they should work if you absolutely had to move the trailer, but I would recommend replacing two of the wheels/tires with a new set that matches what is on the trailer.

For your 2011 Subaru Outback Wagon the best hitch for ground clearance is the Curt # C13410 which fits very tightly to the rear bumper of the vehicle but also doesn't have a crosstube that hangs below the bumper either which helps with ground clearance on uneven terrain as the only thing that hangs down is right in the middle.
